This happens to be one of my favorite scenes from this movie. I remember how this bittersweet emotion resonated with me, and brought tears to my eyes.

Michael, this was my favorite scene as well....I remember the very first time I watched this movie. I stayed up after everyone went to bed, and rewinded it to this scene about 20 times...And watched it...With a lump in my throat, crying..
I wondered what it felt to be loved like that. To be cherished. And prayed that someday I would know what it felt like.

I've watched this scene/film many times with my hubs, he's a big action movie guy, but for obvious reasons, "Family Man" hit a home run with him. Thank you for posting this poignant clip, it connect us with your emotions. May your desire to be loved like that come true my friend.
